齐奈，缅甸作家协会副主席。1948年12月6日出生于缅甸中部的查克镇(Chauk)，父母有教师背景。1970年毕业于曼德勒大学，获得心理学学士学位。1983年获得仰光大学应用心理学文凭。曾在缅甸陆军担任军官并升至中校军衔。1997年调任至国家信息部担任公共关系部门负责人。曾于1996年获得缅甸“国家文学奖”(青年文学组)，并曾担任亲善代表团成员赴中国、日本、越南、马来西亚、泰国、新加坡、印度尼西亚、孟加拉国和柬埔寨等地访问并参加会议。至今共创作116部著作。

 Chitt Naing, Vice President of Myanmar Writers Association. Born on 1948 December 6, in Chauk which town is in the middle part of Myanmar. The parents are U Mar Tin, a teacher and Daw Aye Tha. He was graduated B.A (Psychology) from Mandalay University in 1970. Then he passed Applied Psychology Diploma from Yangon University in 1983. He served in Army as an officer up to the rank of Lt. Col. Now retired. In 1997 he was transferred to the Ministry of Information as the head of Department of Public Relations. He was awarded "National Literary Award" (For Youth Literature) in 1996. He visited with meeting and goodwill delegations to China, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia,Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Cambodia. He has written 116 books.
