欧金·乌力卡罗，著作权集体管理委员会主席，作家、诗人、电影编剧。生于1946年，迄今已出版19本著作，多部作品被翻译成多种语言并在中国、俄罗斯、德国、法国、匈牙利、塞尔维亚、马其顿共和国及越南等国出版。他曾获得罗马尼亚学院奖（两次获奖）以及罗马尼亚作家联盟奖（两次获奖）。其作品改编的电影获得了圣马力诺电影节和圣塔伦（葡萄牙）电影节大奖。曾任罗马尼亚作家协会主席。与他人合作创办文艺杂志《二分点》（1967年）。

Eugen Uricaru, born in 1946, writer, poet, screenwriter of fiction films. Founder of the Literary Group EQUINOX(1967).  He has published 19 books. His volumes have been translated and published in China, Russia, Germany, France, Hungary, Serbia, Republic of Macedonia, Viet Nam. He was awarded The Prize of the Romanian Academy (twice), and the Romanian Writers' Union Award (twice). The films made after its scenarios were awarded the Grand Prix at San Marino and Santa Rem (Portugal). He is currently the President of Copyro, a society of collective administration of copyrights. He was President of the Writers' Union of Romania.
