穆罕默德•拉哈尔，约旦作家协会秘书长。1962年出生。闪米特语言研究专家，熟练掌握希伯来语，阿拉伯及约旦地区研究专家。曾参加2016年及2017年“丝绸之路中约文化研讨会”，曾发表多篇关于中国的论文及文章。2012及2015年耶路撒冷奖得主。主要代表作包括：《我的中国之旅》《奥斯曼时期的耶路撒冷》 《马穆鲁克统治下的耶路撒冷》《<旧约>中的约旦》《约旦的阿杰隆·马穆鲁克时期》《苏维利：移民之地》等。

Mahmoud Salem Mahmoud Rahaal, born in 1962, secretary general of the Jordanian writers Union from 2015 till now. He is a researcher in Semitic languages, and fluent in Hebrew. He is also a researcher in Arabic and Jordanian place. His publications include: My Trip in China, Jerusalem During the Ottoman Era, Jerusalem During the Mamlouk Reign, Jordan in the Old Testament, Ajloun Mamlouk Times in Jordan, Sweileh: Land of  immigrants, Common Semitic Languages in the Holy Quran, Semitic Languages in Name of Cities and Villages in Jordan. He awarded the Jerusalem prize in 2012 and 2015,and participated in the  Chinese Literature Forum “Silk Road” in 2016 and 2017, published several papers and articles about China.
