阿卜杜勒—拉希姆•阿拉姆，摩洛哥作家协会主席，摩洛哥作家协会《AFAQ》杂志主编，文学评论家、研究员、作家、文学博士、摩洛哥作家协会会员、执行委员会委员，主管五项工作。在许多阿拉伯和国际论坛、活动中代表摩洛哥作家协会，担任众多摩洛哥、阿拉伯文学奖项评审委员会成员，如摩洛哥书奖、开罗阿拉伯小说奖、穆罕默德•宰弗扎夫阿拉伯小说奖、摩洛哥青年作家奖等，阿拉伯作家联盟第一任副秘书长。1963年12月22日出生于摩洛哥。在文学批评、文化话语领域出版著作包括：《谁在讲故事？小说<镜>中的叙事者》（图书组织出版社，开罗，2008），《表达不能描绘安静的肖像》（学校出版社，卡萨布兰卡，2010），《谁在讲故事？小说<原谅游戏>中的叙事者》（阿兰出版社，开罗，2013）。

 Abderrahim El Allam, Born 22-12- 1963  in morocco, literary critic, researcher and Writer . Holder of PhD in literature. Member of the Moroccan Writers Union, and member of its  executive board  for five mandates. Currently the President of the Moroccan Writers Union, and has been  supervising the management of the Union since 2009. Director responsable for the magazine "AFAQ" issued the Moroccan Writers Union. First Deputy Secretary-General of the General Union of Arab Writers. He has represented  the Moroccan Writers Union in many Arab and international forums and events. He has been member of the jury of many moroccan and arabic  literature prizes such as  the moroccan prize of the book, the prize of the arabic novel in Kairo, the prize of Mohammed Zefzaf  of the arabic novel , the prize of young writers in Morocco. He has published in the field of literary criticism and cultural discourse, the following books: Who tells the story? The narrator in the novel "mirrors", the publications  of the book organisation, Cairo 2008. The expression would not enable us , quiet portraits, school publications, Casablanca 2010. Who tells the story? the narrator in the novel  the game of forgetfulness , the publication of ALAIN, Cairo 2013.
