阿拉扬·穆萨·穆斯塔法（塔尔·阿德万），约旦作家协会主席，约旦遗产及贝都因诗歌研究专家、文化部评估小组成员。1961年出生。曾参加多项诗歌活动及国家庆典活动。曾担任多个电视栏目主持人，2012至2014年担任约旦阿拉伯电视台节目导演。2007年荣获约旦诗人奖。出版作品： 曾在《"Nimr Ibn Odwan" 诗歌与遗产》中发表"Saleel Almajd" – 诗歌与研究 等作品。2014年起担任约旦作家协会主席至今。

Elayyan Mousa Mustafa (Thare Aladwan), born in 1961, president of Jordanian Writers Union since 2014. He participated in all kinds of poetry events and national festivals. He is the researcher in Jordanian Heritage and Bedouin Poetry, also the director Of Jordan Arab T.V. in 2012-2014. And he also acted as T.V. presenter of several T.V. programs, designated as the member of the Evaluation Panel at the Ministry Of Culture. His published Works Saleel Almajd–Poetry And Research in Nimr Ibn Odwan Poetry And Heritage won the Prize of the Poet of Jordan in 2007.
