张洪波,中国文字著作权协会总干事(法定代表人)。中国政法大学研究生合作导师,北京第二外国语学院研究生导师,国家文化贸易学术研究平台研究员,国家知识产权专家库专家。曾荣获2009年全国“百名有突出贡献的新闻出版专业技术人才”、“2011年度全国知识产权保护最具影响力(十大)人物”称号,2018年俄罗斯金笔奖金奖。长期关注和追踪研究版权前沿热点问题,致力于通过版权贸易与版权合作推动中华文化走出去。

中国文字著作权协会是经中国国家版权局批准的唯一的文字作品著作权集体管理组织,是国际复制权组织联合会(IFRRO)会员,是中国与俄罗斯、白俄罗斯政府间文学作品互译出版项目的中方执行机构,是负责全国报刊转载和教科书法定许可稿酬收取和转付的法定机构,是中国对外版权贸易的重要平台。2016年,文著协获得世界知识产权组织和中国国家版权局颁发的“中国版权金奖”。

Zhang Hongbo, the general director (legal representative) of China Written Works Copyright Society, cooperative postgraduate tutor of China University of Political Science and Law, postgraduate tutor of Beijing International Studies University, researcher of National Cultural Trade Academic Research Platform, specialist of National Intellectual Property Right Expert Library. He was awarded the title of "100 journalism and publishing professionals with outstanding contributions" in 2009, the title of “National top ten influential people in the protection of intellectual property rights in 2011” and the Gold award of Russian Golden Pen Prize in 2018. With rich experience in copyright practice, he keeps long-term concern and follow-up on the hot front issues of copyright, and is committed to promote Chinese culture through copyright trade and copyright cooperation. China Written Works Copyright Society (CWWCS) is the only collective management organization of written works copyright approved by the National Copyright Administration of China, and also a member of the International Federation of Reproductive Rights Organizations (IFRRO). It is the Chinese executive agency for the translation and publication of literary works between China, Russia and Belarus, the national statutory organization responsible for the reprinting of newspapers and journals and the payment and transfer of licenses for textbooks as well as an important platform for China's international copyright trade. In 2016, CWWCS obtained the “China Copyright Gold Prize” issued by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC).
