一、粤港澳大湾区的文学与经济的发展紧密相关

粤港澳大湾区11个城市一衣带水、唇齿相依，不仅是一个经济共同体，而且是一个文化共同体，特殊而丰富的人文价值链，给大湾区的文学创作以及大湾区城市之间的文学融合与发展提供了无限的可能性。港口相通、人事相牵、文化相连，有天然的血脉联系。人口结构的同一性，语言的同一性等，给文学机构的合作交流提供了良好的载体和基础。

事实上，政治、经济总是影响着文学的发展，甚至深刻地左右文学的呈现面貌。“粤港澳大湾区”是基于地域之间协同发展而设置的经济框架，从当代文学创作、批评、研究的现有框架出发，“大湾区”无疑赋予了重新审视区域文化、文学的可能，也为超越现有行政区域划分文学空间提供了某种途径。

二、黄埔军校精神内涵

黄埔军校在建立后初期短短几年里，不仅培养了大批具有政治觉悟的军政人才，而且形成了其独特的革命精神——黄埔精神，在中国现代历史上产生了振聋发聩的深刻影响。

时任黄埔军校入伍生部部长、代教育长方鼎英，在1927年初曾对黄埔军校的教育有一个较全面的总结，在这篇题为《黄埔中央军事政治学校概述》的“结论”部分这样写道：“本校自成立以来，战胜种种恶劣的环境，以五百人扩充到数万人……凡中国之二十二行省，几无不有本校学生之足迹。在此最短期间而能得此伟大之效果，已大博国人及世界上之惊叹！盖集中于‘亲爱精诚’校训之下，相亲相爱，精益求精，诚心诚意，以谋团结。先之以大无畏之精神，持之以百折不挠之志气。为民众谋解放，而一己之功名富贵，皆可牺牲；为本党谋团结，而一己之自由幸福，都可放弃。故能不怕死，不畏难，以一敌百，一百敌万，决不辜负革命军人之精神。”方鼎英在这里所说的“革命军人之精神”，其主题内容也即是黄埔精神。“爱国革命”是黄埔精神的核心内容，“亲爱精诚”是黄埔精神的关键要点，“团结合作”是黄埔精神的显著特点，“奋斗牺牲”是黄埔精神的朴素诠释。

历史证明，只有把国家民族利益置上，团结带动大多数人共同前进，才会青史留名。爱国革命，是一种永恒的精神力量，许多人从这里找到了源动力，激励着一代代人事业的成功。我们今天要恢复民族的地位，便先要恢复民族的精神。”黄埔精神中所体现出来的爱国、革命、牺牲、团结、负责、奋斗、奉献等精神，不仅是民族精神的具体体现，也是我们实现中华民族伟大复兴需要继承和发扬的精神。特别是其中的爱国主义精神，她不仅是黄埔精神的核心，也是民族精神的灵魂，坚持和发扬她有着特殊的重要意义。

三、黄埔文学讲习所

时代的发展，黄埔精神的指引，让“黄埔文学讲习所”的建立有了必然的意义。

借助黄埔军校的有利条件和历史影响，创办文学实体，请各领域的名师、实力派作家授课，在培养本地的作家的同时，吸引国内、国际作家，进入大湾区学习、体验生活，对中国的社会发展有全新的认识。

1、办学形式：以短期培训班次为主，分不同的主题。除了培训班还可以开办专题写作班。

2、师资来源

大学教授、作家、编辑、出版人。其中包括思政、哲学、社会学等多领域的教师。

3、学生来源

本省作家、国内作家、国外作家。达到可走出去，可引进来的目的。

时代在呼唤新形势下的作家们，把爱国主义作为文学创作的主旋律，创作出脚踏坚实的土地的文学作品，坚持洋为中用，开拓创新，写出触及灵魂、引起思想共鸣的好作品，有正能量、有感染力，为群众所喜爱。

Military Academy” For Writers With Open Minds

Ⅰ. Closely related literary and economic development in Greater Bay Area

The 11 interrelated cities in this area constitute an economic and cultural community. Unique and abundant humanistic value chain here offers infinite possibilities for the literary creation, integration and development. Port connectivity, interpersonal relationship and cultural link are naturally bound. Moreover, similar  demographic structure and same language provides a good carrier and foundation for the cooperation and exchange of literary institutions.

Actually, politics and economy are always influential to literary development or even decisive to literature landscape. Greater Bay Area is exactly based on coordinated economic framework among regions and current conditions of literary creation, criticism and researches, which is conducive to more opportunities for culture and literature, especially corresponding space beyond administrative division.

Ⅱ. The spirits of  Huangpu Military Academy

In the early years after its establishment, Huangpu Military Academy not only cultivated a large number of military and political personnel with political consciousness, but also formed its unique revolutionary spirit, namely the Huangpu spirit, which had a profound impact on modern Chinese.

Fang Dingying, then director of Army Force Department as well as acting president, made a comprehensive summary of the education there in early 1927. The “Conclusion” part of his article The overview of Huangpu Central Military and Political School read as follows: “Though facing various great challenges, we now have thousands of students and alumni nationwide comparing to the original 500 since establishment. Such achievements within the shortest period have impressed the world! Upholding the motto of “Fraternity, Devotion and Sincerity”, to constantly strive for perfection and unite with sincerity are our basic principles. Being dauntless and tenacious, we will devote to emancipation of the masses and the Party’s solidarity regardless of personal honors, wealth and happiness. Therefore, we are a much more powerful troop that fears no death and difficulties, moreover, never betrays the spirit of soldiers.” The spirit Fang mentioned is exactly the Huangpu spirit with “solidarity and cooperation” as its distinctive features along with “struggle and devotion” as a simple interpretation.

It has been proved that only careers that prioritize national interests and motivate the general public to pursue progress can go down in history. The patriotism is an eternal spiritual force to inspire generations to strive for success. All in all, national spirits should come first ahead of rejuvenation. In this case, the spirit of patriotism, revolution, sacrifice, unity, responsibility, struggle and dedication embodied in Huangpu spirit is not only the concrete reflection of national spirits, but also the treasure we need to inherit and carry forward. Especially the patriotism, which is at the heart of  Huangpu spirit and the soul of the national spirits, is of great significance to persist and advocate.

Ⅲ. “Huangpu Academy” for literature

Against current backdrop, to set up a top workshop is necessary following the Huangpu spirit.

Apart from favorable conditions and influence of former Huangpu Military Academy to establish the literary institute, invitation of literary giants and scholars can cultivate more local talents in this field. Besides, more domestic and international writers can study and live in this area, so as to gain a better understanding of social and literary development in China.

1.Operating mechanism: mainly short-term training courses in different subjects and writing classes centering on certain themes.

2.Teaching faculty: university professors, authors, editors and publishers in politics, philosophy, sociology and so on.

3.Trainees: domestic and international writers according to the principle of “introducing in and going global”.

In response to the call of the times, writers should create high-quality literary works themed by patriotism and based on our extraordinary cultural heritage. Generally, to inherit critically and meanwhile innovate is the greatest source of popular, positive and resonant literary creation.
