感谢主办单位的邀请，很高兴有这个机会参加粤港澳大湾区文学构建论坛，主持这个论坛的研讨交流。说实话，我对粤港澳大湾区的了解很有限，来参加这个论坛之前，查找了一些资料进行恶补，临阵磨枪总感觉还是不够，所以，我来参加这个活动，主要还是抱着学习和开阔眼界的目的来的。

不过，对粤港澳大湾区也不算陌生，因为，广东围绕粤港澳大湾区文学发展做了很多工作，广东省作协和大湾区各市主动谋划，开展了很多有声有色的工作。去年我有幸参加了在深圳举办的粤港澳大湾区文学发展峰会，来自内地和香港、澳门的文学界朋友们在峰会上发表了很多独到的意见，对未来大湾区文学的融合与发展必是十分有益的。

围绕这个题目，应该说点什么呢？思来想去，还是从粤港澳大湾区文学发展峰会说起,然后简要地谈谈文化、经济和地域优势对粤港澳大湾区文学融合与发展的重要性。

粤港澳大湾区文学发展峰会提出：一是立足中国改革开放的前沿和经济发达地区。二是为大湾区经济的永续健康稳定发展提供强劲的文化支撑。三是从文化上连接大湾区各个城市之间的情感。四是形成强大的有吸引力的大湾区文学现场，推动文学创作，促进文学融合发展。显然，紧随着粤港澳大湾区建设发展的大趋势，以一种创新发展的姿态，将推动城市间文化的交融，使文学创作产生联动效应。

大家提出创办文学杂志、出版文学丛书、设立文学奖项、举办文化文学研究中心、开设青年作家研修班等等，这些都对大湾区文学未来的发展展现了十分美好的前景和奋斗的路线图。按照这个路线图前行，可以肯定地说，粤港澳大湾区文学的吸引力也必将广泛扩散至全世界，从而更充分地体现我国最为开放、最为发达地区的精神面貌。这是我想说的第一点。

我想说的第二点是，粤港澳大湾区文学的融合和发展还具备了其它许多很好的条件。首先是文化条件。粤港澳大湾区处在岭南文化的核心地带，各城市都拥有相同的传统、文化、语言和民风民俗等，民众之间的交流十分顺畅，同时又处在我国对外交往的前沿，依托香港和澳门两个通商口岸历经百年形成的多元文化共存和开放包容兼备的特点，文学创作素材极其丰富多彩，作家队伍群星璀璨，创作态势蒸蒸日上。其次是经济基础。经济基础是决定文化文学发展的根本条件。粤港澳大湾区是我国经济最发达的地区。据资料显示，大湾区面积达到5.6万平方公里，湾区人口达到6600万，2017年的国内生产总值突破了10万亿元，总量规模在世界国家排名中位列11位，与韩国相同，显示了大湾区极具活力的发展势头和厚实的经济实力。大湾区交通枢纽完善，通达四方。上个月刚刚通车的港珠澳大桥使珠江三角洲与港澳的交通全面提速，联系更加快捷方便，促进了人员货物往来，也有利于文化文学交流。再次是地域优势。前面提到，粤港澳大湾区处在我国对外交流的前沿，对外交流历史很长，国际化程度高。优越的地理优势非常有利于大湾区以整体的方式向外部世界推介当代中国和中国文学，讲好中国故事。第四是社会的多元包容。粤港澳大湾区是开放的前沿，是外资进入最早的地区。在这里工作生活的来自世界各地的人士很多，不同的文化、饮食、风俗等习惯相互交融，形成了文化多元、包容共存的社会氛围，提供了丰富的文学创作的元素。

围绕大湾区文学的融合与发展，我粗略地谈了两点看法，蜻蜓点水地提到了四个有利条件或优势，主要是因我了解的情况所限，无法面面俱到。不过我完全相信，粤港澳大湾区文学的融合与发展势头正旺，相关的规划正在一步步落实，未来的前景十分灿烂，影响也必将深远。

Literature Integration And Development In 

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Thanks to the invitation of the organizer, I am very glad to have the opportunity to participate in the Literature Construction Forum of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and to host the forum. To be honest, I only have a limited understanding of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Before I come to this forum, I have searched for some information, but is still not enough. Therefore, I come here in a modest mood to learn and open up my horizons.

But I’m not totally unfamiliar with Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Guangdong has done a lot of work concerning the Literature Summit, and the Guangdong Provincial Writers Association and cities in this area organized many events for it. Last year I was fortunate to participate in the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Literature Development Summit held in Shenzhen. Friends in the literary circles from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao expressed many unique opinions at that summit, which would be very beneficial to the future integration and development of literature in Greater Bay Area.

What should I say about this topic? I would like to start with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Literature Development Summit, and then briefly talk about the importance of cultural, economic and geographical advantages to the literary integration and development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau.

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Literature Development Summit is a platform for literary exchanges. Started in 2017, the new-born platform has sound foundations and clear objectives: First, it is based on the frontiers and developed areas of China's reform and opening up; Second, it provides strong cultural support for the sustainable and healthy economic development of the Greater Bay Area; Third, it connects the emotions between the cities of Greater Bay Area in through their shared culture; Forth, it forms a strong and attractive Greater Bay Area literature scene for literary creation and integration. Obviously, this platform follows the general trend of the construction and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and promotes cultural integration between cities with an innovative and developmental attitude, which exerts the linkage effect of literary creation.

It is mentioned that we could create literary magazines, publish literary books, set up literary awards, hold cultural and literary research centers, open youth writer seminars and so on, which shows a blueprint designed for the promising future of this platform. According to this blueprint, it can be said with certainty that Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Literature Development Summit will be a very important mechanism for Chinese-foreign literary exchanges. It will also attract the whole world, thus reflecting the cultural outlook of the most open and developed regions in China. This is my first point.

Second, the literature integration and development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has many advantageous conditions. The first is cultural conditions. Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is located in the core area of Lingnan Culture. All the cities share the same tradition, culture, language and folk customs, which leads to smooth exchanges between the public. The area is also located at the forefront of China's foreign exchanges, where the two trade ports of Hong Kong and Macao are characterized by multicultural coexistence and openness and inclusiveness. It enjoys the flourishing literary creation with rich literary creation materials, star-studded writers. 

 Secondly, the economic foundation, it fundamentally determines the cultural and literary development. Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the most developed region in China. According to the data, Greater Bay Area occupies 56,000 square kilometers with the population of 66 million. In 2017 China’s GDP has exceeded 10 trillion yuan, ranking the 11th in the world, the same as South Korea. It proves the dynamic development momentum and solid economic strength of the Greater Bay Area. It is equipped with the mature transportation hub reaching all directions. Thanks to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge opened last month, the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong and Macao now enjoys. The faster and more convenient connection facilitates the exchange of personnel and goods, and is also conducive to literary and cultural exchanges. 

Thirdly, the geographical advantage. As mentioned above, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is at the forefront of China's foreign exchanges, with time-honored history and high degree of internationalization. The geographical advantage is very beneficial to Greater Bay Area to promote contemporary Chinese and Chinese literature to the outside world in a holistic way, and to tell the Chinese story well. 

Fourthly, the diversity of society. Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the frontier of opening up and the earliest area for foreign investment. Many people from all over the world who work and live here. Different cultures, diets, customs and other habits blend together to form a cultural atmosphere of diverse cultures and inclusiveness, providing a rich element of literary creation.

Focusing on the literature integration and development of Greater Bay Area, I have two points.Well, I just mentioned four of them due to my limited knowledge. However, I am fully convinced that the literature integration and development of Greater Bay Area is booming. The relevant plans are implemented step by step. It has bright future prospects and far-reaching impacts.
