张知干，中国社会科学院研究生院新闻系新闻学专业硕士研究生，武汉大学宪法学与行政法学专业在职博士研究生，法学博士，新华社主任记者，曾任广东省政府新闻办常务副主任，现任广东省作家协会党组书记、专职副主席。

Zhang Zhigan reccived his Master degree of Journalismfrom the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of SocialSciences and his PhD in Law as a major of the Constitution andAdministrative Law, Wuhan University. He served as chiefreporter of Xinhua News Agency，and then the executive deputydirector of the Information Office of the People's Governmentof Guangdong Province. At present he acts as the secretary ofbarty leadership group and the executive vice president of theGuangdong Provincial Writers' Association.
