陈毅达，中国作协全委会委员，福建省文联党组成员、书记处书记、副主席。从1980年起开始文学创作，至今已发表近200万字文学作品，在《人民文学》《当代》等刊物发表中短篇小说，著有长篇报告文学《再造一个辉煌》《抗击与跨越》，中篇小说集《发现》  长篇小说《海边春秋》等。曾获福建省优秀文学作品奖。

He has won the Excellent Literary Works Award of Fujian.
